INVITATION SUMMARY
Select Generation offers clubs the chance to practice and compete in Salamanca, Spain for a tour hosted by our coaching staff of Select Generation Academy and with the exclusive partnership of other professional teams in the city.
Select Generation is an advanced soccer intermediary management agency connecting players and coaches at an elite level. Our scouting team follow athletes throughout their international or domestic process to ensure full resources are available to reach their full potential from across North America identifying talent, as well as NCAA, NAIA colleges and Pro clubs.
As part of the tour, we will conduct cultural visits, ensure state of the art facilities and accommodations, elite soccer environments, and most importantly - organize games at a high level for your teams to compete.

Your Questions Answered: Everything You Need to Know About Our Elite Soccer Programs
Will there be someone to pick up the players at the airport when they arrive?
Yes, we will have a bus at Madrid airport when the team lands to drop them directly at the residence in Salamanca. We will use our team vans for transportation throughout the week.
What is the channel of communication?
We will have a WhatsApp group chat with the coordinators of the academy, players and parents to send all of the messages needed.
My players want to go to college in the NCAA. How will this help him?
We are always speaking with NCAA and NAIA coaches across the country about players. For your teams target schools in the NCAA, you will see players from all over the world. My players don’t speak Spanish. Are there English speaking coaches available?
Yes, coaches are ready to speak English since the club is always receiving players from outside of Spain. Sessions are delivered in English.
There is always some kind of medical facility in case of injury right? Will the players have insurance?
Yes, players will have insurance covered by Select Generation. Players will have a physical therapist in case they need to reach their maximum performance and receive treatment before competition.
If my one of my player does, let’s say exceptional and you guys see that he has all this great potential, could someone in Spain sign him?
Select Generation Academy can potentially make a scholarship offer for the following year. Unionistas is a team we have a great relation with for example, and other teams you play against and do well with have the option to make offers to players. These clubs are always looking to recruit top talent from outside the local region. 5 Select Generation Athletes/ previous trialists currently play for Unionistas between their U19 Academy and reserve team.
How good are Unionistas? How good is the Select Generation Academy?
Unionistas play in the third tier of the Spanish football pyramid, and last year beat la liga side Villarreal whilst losing to Barcelona in the Copa Del Rey. My team wants to apply for one of your camps. If we sign up do we automatically get accepted?
No. Teams need to be vetted and reviewed before coming on a club tour with Select Generation to Salamanca. Like we review individual profiles before recommending players to coaches, we will review your club/ teams before sending you more information. Fill out the form today for more information!
